We are pleased to announce we passed our annual BSI audit, meaning we retain our ISO13485 – Medical Device Quality Management Certification. This year’s audit had a virtual twist, reducing unnecessary travel and human contact over the two days. The new style of audit was supported by our conferencing system in the boardroom, which provided a professional environment for the audit to take place. Below is a statement from our Systems & Compliance Manager – Neil Howard, who with the support of Emma, conducted this year’s audit and highlighted our exceptional standards.
