Thank you Hugo 1!

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Continuing on from our thank you to Hugo 2, we would now like to express our gratitude to Hugo 1. The team is responsible for maintaining enteral feeding pumps for the UK and Ireland. Since the pandemic, they have received a huge leap in numbers of pumps coming through the door, causing them to work throughout March and April with assistance from Hugo 2. The increase in demand means they have tested over 3,000 pumps, with around 1,000 passing and entering back into the NHS, particularly the Nightingale hospitals. A huge thank you to the team! Below are statements from Hugo 1’s Workshop Manager Debbie Robinson and our partners at Nutricia who also wants to express their thank you to the team:[/vc_column_text][vc_gallery interval=”3″ images=”32358,32359,32360″ img_size=”1000×800″][vc_column_text]“I would like to say that everyone at Hugo 1 have worked so hard they are a credit to Hugo. They have worked a straight 3 weeks including weekends. They all deserve a big massive thank you. We have also had help from Hugo 2 with the chargers testing which has helped greatly. So everyone is pulling together. Work wise we have been inundated with work from Ireland and hospitals. Nutricia UK has also pulled out decommissioned devices for us to try to service in these desperate times. Last week and this week, we dispatched record weekly numbers!”

Debbie Robinson, Workshop Manager, Hugo Technology Ltd

“It’s been a monumental effort by all at Hugo and something I shall be making sure that Nutricia recognise after all this is over … some kind of business partner award or something like that

Truly outstanding partnership working !!”

John Hallam, Customer Operations Manager, Nutricia

“The team are absolutely great and Nutricia and our patients would be lost without them!!”

Jackie Trowbridge, Senior Medical Device Controller, Nutricia
