Hugo Technology Welcomes New Managing Director, Greg Kettle, as Founders Transition to Advisory Roles

Hugo Technology is excited to announce the appointment of Greg Kettle as Managing Director, marking an important milestone in the company’s journey. With this leadership change, the company’s founders, Andrew Parton and Warwick Oakey, will transition to roles as Advisory Board Members, providing guidance as Hugo continues to evolve and grow.

Andrew and Warwick founded Hugo Technology in 2001, building the company into a trusted leader in the medical and laboratory device service industry. Their vision, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit have been instrumental in shaping Hugo’s success over the past two decades. As they step into their new roles, the company remains deeply grateful for their contributions and the strong foundation they have established.


Greg shares his thoughts on being appointed as the Managing Director, his core skills, key achievements and personal philiosophy:


As the Managing Director of Hugo Technology, I am responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of operations and ensuring the successful management of staff across all departments. Maintaining the company operations within Budget. Liaising with CRS Medical and Asker healthcare to align the company to corporate requirements. With 28 years of experience in the Food Contact Packaging industry, I have accumulated a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges we face, in the day to day running of a business.
Over the course of my career, I have developed extensive expertise in Health & Safety (H&S), Lean Manufacturing, Environmental Management, and People Management. My management experience has been shaped by a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth, regularly expanding my qualifications and training to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
I believe in fostering a culture of trust, pride, and integrity, and find fulfilment in empowering others to reach their full potential. My greatest achievement lies in seeing my team members and colleagues succeed with my guidance and support. Helping others progress gives me the greatest satisfaction and motivates me to constantly improve and lead by example.

Health & Safety Expertise: In-depth knowledge of H&S protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environment.

My Personal Philosophy: I firmly believe that leadership is built on a foundation of trust, pride, and integrity. I take immense pride in my work and in helping others succeed. Guiding individuals toward their personal and professional growth is what drives me, and it’s the most rewarding part of my career.
