Bringing Our Field Service Team Together:
In July, our team of skilled field engineers came together for the eagerly awaited National Field Service Meeting. This event served as a platform for fostering teamwork, collaboration, knowledge sharing among our experts and evenings of laughter and camaraderie at the bowling alley. Led by Sam Alexander-Weller, our Field Service Manager and Charlotte, our Customer Services Manager, the two-day meeting was a resounding success.
Driving Excellence in Medical Device Services:
During the meetings, Sam and Charlotte provided valuable insights into the world of medical device repair and maintenance. They discussed work forecasts, listened to and shared Engineer best practices, explored ways to optimise efficiency, and reinforced our commitment to delivering unparalleled medical device services.
We are always striving to stay at the forefront of advancements in technology, ensuring that the medical devices entrusted to us are in safe hands.
Bowling Champs:
While the days were packed with productive discussions and planning for the future, the evenings were all about celebration and camaraderie! After the meetings, our team unwound with dinner and friendly competition at the bowling alley. Laughter and cheers echoed through the lanes as our colleagues showcased their bowling prowess.
Needless to say, that there was no shortage of mind games as the competitive bunch justled to showcase their skills.
Andrew Hammond, Field Service Team Leader (North) and Stephens Alexander, Business Manager scored the highest points for one game – 145!
However, Rob Boddington, Field Service Team Leader (South), emerged as the ultimate bowling champion, securing the highest overall score of 263 points over two games!
