Managing
Director
Greg Kettle
Greg oversees Logistics, Warehouse Operations and Medical Device Stock Control while supporting special medical device projects at Hugo Technology since joining in 2024.
​
His first-hand industry experience of risk assessment, validation & verification, root cause and auditing is supported by a CMI (Chartered Management Institute) level 3 in management.
“My management beliefs are based firmly in respect for the individual, honesty, integrity and dedication.”
Outside of work, Greg is a keen mountain biker, owning electric and manual bikes. In June 2024, Greg cycled from Wolverhampton to Aberdovey in a charity cycle event organised by the Police.
Business
Manager
Stephens Alexander
Responsible for Business Development and Marketing, Stephens also ensures the consolidation of both new and existing commercial contracts.
With a naturally inventive and positive outlook, Stephens has brought a wealth of experience to Hugo Technology since he joined in 2021.
"I take immense pride in my job. Hugo Technology is the go-to solution for many global biomedical equipment OEMs. I therefore aim to understand each individual OEM’s needs, align interests and work to mutually beneficial principles during a negotiation”
Stephens plays football for a local over 35s team an avid Chelsea Football Club supporter and a proud father of two.​
Operations
Manager
Charlotte Griffiths
Charlotte oversees the day-to-day operations at Hugo Technology, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence across all projects.
​
With a keen focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction, Charlotte plays a pivotal role in coordinating the resources needed to meet the demands of our medical device OEM partners.
​

Field Service
Manager
Sam Alexander-Weller
Sam manages more than 20 Laboratory and Medical Device Field Service Engineer Team across UK&I.
The team is split into North and South divisions, with each half having a dedicated Team Leader.
“I have been with Hugo Technology since 2013; enabling the Field Team to support our partner's range of devices.Being part of the Asker Healthcare Group now means that by utilising our Europe-based sister companies, OEMSs can now befit from pan-european service support. I absolutely thrive on, and relish the challenge of planning projects set out by our medical device OEMs.”
In his spare time Sam is a season ticket holder at Coventry City FC and regularly enjoys playing football, golf and squash.
Systems & Compliance Manager
Neil Howard
Neil manages the Systems and Compliance Team, whilst also overseeing the company’s ISO Accreditations, Internal Systems and Processes, IT Systems and Database, Health and Safety and Facilities.

A strong background in Quality Management has enabled Neil to enhance processes and systems since he began with Hugo Technology in 2016.
​

Neil is an avid player of modern board games, video games and is a lifelong supporter of Aston Villa FC.
Finance
Manager
Judith Parton
Judith is responsible for the day to day financial aspects of Hugo Technology.
Alongside providing support to the business, she assists the Human Resource function of the business where required.
Prior to joining Hugo in 2001, Judith worked in the banking and finance sector.

Outside of work Judith is a proud mum, a Cub Scout Leader and enjoys gardening and walking her Border Colllie.

Member
Warwick Oakey
Following the acquisition by Asker Healthcare Group, Warwick, co-founder of Hugo Technology Ltd, has transitioned into the role of Advisory Board Member.
With a background in the NHS biomedical field, where he met his business partner Andrew, Warwick brings valuable insight into the human aspect of the medical engineering sector.

"I’ve always believed in keeping the human side of our work at the forefront; the services we provide genuinely impact people's lives. After dedicating over two decades to growing and shaping Hugo, I’m proud of what we've accomplished. In my new role, I’ll continue to support and guide Hugo in delivering exceptional service."

In his free time, Warwick enjoys playing golf and working on house renovations.

Member
Andrew Parton
Following acquisition by Asker Healthcare Group, Andrew, joint founder of Hugo Technology Ltd has transitioned into an advisory board member role.
Having had a successful career within the NHS working in Birmingham hospitals as a biomedical engineer, Andrew met business partner Warwick, and Hugo Technology was born.
​
“My experience working on equipment in busy hospital settings really formed my work ethic and approach to running a business.
I have always strived to do my very best, knowing that people’s loved ones, including my own, will depend upon the services I am personally responsible for.”

Outside of work Andrew is an established Scout Leader. ​
