National Field Service Manager
National Service Manager – management of a nationwide medical device Field Service Engineer team made up of two team leaders (north/south) and eighteen Field Service Engineers (9 north/9 south).
I have been with Hugo Technology since 2013 having previously worked for a third party Field Biomedical Service company, JPen Medical.
In my spare time I am a season ticket holder at Coventry City FC and enjoy playing football, golf and squash regularly. I’m also a keen snowboarder to a very average level!
The Field Engineer team work to support medical devices within the UK with occasional support to our OEM partners’ European and worldwide field operations, covering installs, service and repair of a vast range of medical devices including Field Change Order and Field Modification Instruction projects.
I enjoy the challenge of planning and meeting deadlines for projects set out by our medical device OEMs. The greater the challenge the more enjoyable it becomes.
